Failure to Connect to Services!?!?

I just downloaded it and when i double click the outspark launcher and type in my username and password everything is fine. But, when the screen pops up a little cat thingy is there and then it says "Failure to connect to servers"! and it doesnt even minimize, it just stays there watching the mini scene.

I have the same exact problem and it happened right after I downloaded the new launcher window patch....I could play fine before but now i cant!
