Fiesta does not support Macs, but there are ways to get a Mac to work by using Emulators and some other things that I can't quite remember.
So it is possible, you just have to do some digging to figure out how. There are a few players who do use Macs, maybe they'll swing by and have an answer. I'm not too savvy about how they go about doing it XD

Was any solution found? I just bought a new Macbook because my old Compaq was having issues playing Fiesta.
Has anyone figured out how to play with a Mac, or does anyone know someone who has?
The developers should make a Mac version!

If you use something called BootCamp you can have both Windows and the Mac OS on the hardrive as long as you have the space for it. So you can choose which OS to use and be able to play Fiesta. According to what someone else said on another one of these threads.

You have to dual boot, it's really the simplest answer. You basically create another partition in you hard drive just to play Fiesta or other windows based games.
You can find a....well...An article on this here:
http://www.applematters.com/article/three-ways-to-run-windows-on-your-mac/
Though, this is all you really need to read:
Dual booting means having more than one operating system installed and when your computer starts, it prompts you and asks which operating system you’d like to run.
On PowerPC Macs you can install and dual-boot OS X or Linux1, but Intel Macs boot the king of OSes, Windows (well, King Puke, that is). This means now you will be able to tri-boot Macs, selecting either OS X, Linux or Windows.
In a PR stunt rivaling that of George W inviting Osamar over to a BBQ at the White House, Apple, with the introduction of Boot Camp, openly invited Windows to come play on the Mac. The most likely explanation is Apple wants you to see how bad Windows is. That is why Apple quite deliberately chose the name “Boot Camp” because they want you to stick the boot into that wussy OS from Redmond.
If you happen to find Windows is so superior that you hardly ever go into OS X but you still miss it for nostalgia’s sake, you can still fire up OS X to play chess. So now you’ve got the best of both worlds – Windows Solitaire, and Mac Chess. What more could you want?
For information about Boot Camp, check these articles on the revered Apple Matters website:

You'd be best to take your mac to the nearest PC repair shop and ask them to do it for you. However, after working in a PC repair shop for some time, I can tell you that it's likely your mac will be thrown down a flight of stairs, then blown to pieces and melted with thermite. If possible, buy a cheap used computer that meets the specs to play Fiesta lol.

yeah you can easily purchase a $300 dollar computer from best buy that could handle this game , and you thank yourself in the long run, (then you could play other cool gamezorz.)

Hi,
Yes you can play fiesta on a mac, install bootcamp and load up a copy of windows and you're ready to go!
If you purchase or already have a copy of Leopard it has the option of bootcamp, i preferred this as opposed to the downloadable version because i heard alot of bugs and other issues were resolved... Ive been using this since December 07, and its really smooth, haha.
I would suggest you buy windows XP to go with it instead of vista :P I heard they had some problems with vista but XP is 100% working and i can testify for the XP part.
good luck,
yash

Yea, I recomend that because you'll still have to purchase the windows OS, as the person above mentioned. That can cost alot of money =S
It's cheaper to buy a used computer with a preinstalled OS...Anyway, that's all, no more post for me tonight XD

Actually for the OS of windows you can use a friend's registered cd-key. When installing it choose the call windows via phone for account activation, or call them and explain to them that you are installing it on a second pc at home... Thats what my friend did and he uses my cd key. haha, have to find a friend who's willing to lend you that though :P
