Yes, there is.
There is a Free Battlezone 1, 2, and 3 in Roumen, Elderine, and Uruga. Or you can visit the battlegrounds if you're 30+. (I think 30+)

Yes there is.

There is Free Battle Zone found in Rouman, Elderine and Uruga which is for all players, meaning that players at any level (1-79) can enter and fight aganist each other.

There is also a much more risky PvP zone located in abyss.

Level 30-39 abyss in Vine Tomb
Level 40-49 abyss in Goblin Camp
Level 50-59 abyss in Luminous Stone 1
Level 60-69 abyss in Luminous Stone 1

Usually players go there to grind as the mobs give much better xp and drops then the equivalent mobs found elsewhere. But sometimes you will encounter battles between parties for spot clamining and such.

Note: you do NOT lose any xp if you died to a player in any PvP zone. But if you are killed by a mob whether you are also attacked by a player or not, you DO lose xp, so be careful in abyss.

as said above there is many forms of pvp in this game, pvp is awsome ^^

still.. i've never had a random attacker in the abyss. sometimes a non-party member gets close in the middle of a mob fight and i <tab> on them and do a skill (which i find funny) but apologize afterwards and all is well.
