How to KQ.

Mmm. Well, I had just started this game today, playing on Apoline, and I`ve seen a lot of people joining KQ`s. Well, I don`t really know what they are. Can someone explain what they are / what you do in them? Also, would a level 16 be able to do it? Thanks :D

KQ equal kingdom quests.. they are like quests with other people u have a time limit to finish if u do u get EXP and a treasure chest also yes lvl 16 can do talk to Roumenus and click KQ
