Request - more detailed descriptions please

When people are selling +?/AP? can they also please add the Level the weapon/armour can be used at, and the stats it gives, e.g.

Item: Rose Dagger
Enhancements: +1/4AP
Level Required: 45
Stats: Atk-40, Movement Rate +1

I know this would help me when deciding what to buy/bid for, and I'm sure it would help others.
