I am not new but not old at playing Fiesta. I Play on Epith:). And most importantly
WHAT THE HECK IS A JOB CHANGE???!!!!!

The quest you do at level 20 to become either a clever fighter, wiz mage, hawk archer or a high cleric is a job change. There is also one at lvl 60 I believe.

Job changes are available currently at level 20 and 60.

You have to complete the job change quest before you can equip the level 20/60 items or learn the level 20/60 skills.

Example:

Cleric > HighCleric > Supportive Paladin
Mage > WizMage > Powerful Enchantor
Fighter > CleverFighter > Tanker Warrior
Archer > HawkArcher > Rapid Scout
