So, I know that godly items are basically really good green items. But I'm confused as to the requirements that make it godly. Anyone wanna tell me? =P Thanks.
Edit: I meant requirements as in (for example) [5 different things (end/spr/eva/int/str/etc)]+ or have [whatever it is] +10 or higher.

I consider my 40 Bow "godly" for its level and not being a boss item since it has +38 DEX, although it has some usless INT.

It depends on each class. for example:
-for mages godly would be a combination of int/end/spr (or dex);
-for fighters&clerics end/str/spr (or dex);
-archers dex/str/end (or/and spr).
Not necessary to have 3 or 4 stats, they can have only 2 stats (one that represents the class, the other that is secondary to that class or masks the weakness of it), but those stats have to be um...consistent. :p
In game example: lvl 78 mage pants - 37 int/22end/33dex -> i consider them godly :D

So, is my level 50 staff with +2x STR, +23 END, and 24 SPR godly?

The +2X STR does not matter.

Well yeah, but with the end and spr is it godly? IMO, its a good staff, I'm just not sure whether it's godly or not.

i found that if all the USABLE stats that the class can use adds up to more than the level it is considered "godly"
like if you have lvl40 mage wand 19str 18int 12end the usable stats are 30 points
but if you have same lvl wand with 18end 18int 16spr the usable stats are 52 points 12 points higher than the lvl it is godly(AKA my GGK wand hehe)

Boss weapons tend to also have greater Critical Rates and Damage.

'Godly' is very subjective. Some people use godly to describe any green item that they happen to be selling, even if it's fighter gear with int... It's definitely overused.
To me, godly items have to have near max possible stats. Godly boots and helms have 2 high stats, and pants, shirts, weapons and shields have 3 high stats. Mage items can't have STR and non-mage items can't have INT. Also, it really helps if one of the stats is END.
High stats = max possible or close to max (within 5 or so). Remember, max item stat = half item's level, at least for higher level stuff (50+ for sure).
Anything else isn't godly, just very good. Or not so good.
