View Full Version : CANT START FIESTA---PLEASE HELP!!!!

I downloaded fiesta on my computer and it works until i enter my username etc and hit play. When i do that, a Fiesta window that is completely white pops up and goes away. heres wat i know about my computer:
2002 windows edition
*DirectX 10
(not sure about graphics card)
1.49 gb ram
*Intel pentium IV processor
and thats it
PLEASE HELP ME!!!**

If you want to get your full system specs, go to start---> run--> type in "dxdiag". That will do a full system scan and tell you exactly what you have in your comp( drivers and all). Then copy and paste them here. it will help the Dev's isolate the problem quicker and more exact.

Yeah do what Trebori said, to locate your Graphics card go to dxdiag then go to the to the tab "Display" and look under drivers, it will say Name: (Graphics card model) and look below for the company

I am not sure why you are running DirectX 10 on any other OS except Vista. If it isn't Vista then you don't need DX 10, you need DX 9.0c

I found the problem! my driver needed to be updated! now the game runes ok but the graphics arent as good as my laptops, probably because of my graphic card. thanks anyways!

If you know what your video card is, just search for it on the net and you'll find where to download the drivers. If not you'll need to run dxdiag and find out '~'

You can also check this website as they have a Driver section that will take you to the companies site if you know your Graphics Card maker
