i cant find a skill production scroll i been 2 the skill master but cant find 1 n every time i try it it saids production skill not been meet i got enery thing i need exept the still scroll witch i cant find

1st, did you choose your 2 production skills ?
If not, hit "K", click the "alchemy" icon then the "production skills" button. In the window that just poped up, drag and drop the 2 production skills of your choice.
2nd, did you click the arrows at the bottom of the vendor window ? Skill masters have a couple of pages of items for sale.
