I've done some research and I don't know if the sources I found are credible, but here's some information that might help all of you determine your time in relation to Pacific Standard Time (PST - Server Time). The times still vary according to the region you live in, but these are the general times. Please correct me if there is any incorrect information, because I'm not that great with time zones. Enjoy!
Standard Time:
PST + 1 Hour = MST (Mountain Standard Time)
PST + 2 Hours = CST (Central Standard Time)
PST + 3 Hours = EST (Eastern Standard Time)
PST + 8 Hours = GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or UTC (Universal Time Coordinate)
Daylight Savings Time:
PDT + 1 Hour = MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)
PDT + 2 Hours = CDT (Central Daylight Time)
PDT + 3 Hours = EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)
PDT + 7 Hours = GMT or UTC

I'm not too good with time zones, either. But I live in the Philippines and I'm 15 hours ahead of PST - game time.

also daylight savings goes in the other direction for the southern hemisphere.
when northen hemisphere goes on southern goes off.
