Simple License Question

Does a license increase Damage/Critical for only ONE particular monster?
Or does it increase Damage/Critical for any monster?

The damage increase only pertains to the monster for the license.
If you complete a license that adds crit, the crit is added to the base crit on the weapon, and effects all monsters. Not just the one the license is for.

Also, if multiple licenses give you critical bonuses, only the highest one is added to your critical.

So if I had a 2%, 4%, and 5% bonus crit from my licenses, I'd only get +5%.

is this true?...i thought the license you complete first that has a crit gives you that crit % i could be wrong tho.

Nope, the highest critical % is the one that is applied, the order that you finish them in is not important :)
