Where is the back of my head

ok logged in as usual now i see my char is missing the back of his head for some strange reason. very annoying visual and hope it sorts itself out. this has just started today about 15 minutes ago and have re-istalled fiesta to see if problem goes away. not had the problem before but if i see any other graphic going haywire it will be added here

just to note my hair style and face are now different and the prob is not my pc as everyone can see it. i have tried re-installing but nothing. something has overridden what i chose for my char and i am not happy as well as causing the back half of my head to be missing. can a GM plz look into this and reset it to what i chose and find me in game to see for themselves
