where do i buy the ability to make scrolls?

title says it all i tryed the first town and none of the skill things says scroll making

prsess K go to alchemy should say and click the button at bottom left click that and drag to top box and press OK

no not making it a skill i have that but where do i buy the skills to make like a strength scroll?

go to the skill merchant go to alchemy should have arrows at bottom click it:D:D

is there some kind of guide to skills?..i havent been able to find any information about alchemy
