A lvl 20 +9 weapon, no matter if it is green (lvl 20 green weapons never have great enough stats to make a significant price difference) is always worth less than 120s, but more than 90s

Not really - 200s is the minimum amount u can get into a +9 lvl 20 weap...(white, or green). Stats from lvl 20 weaps really sux, but my weap has +dmg then normal one(initial dmg) and 3 licenses.
