I am unauthorized to play this beta or i have forgottten my username and password??? **URGENT**

He i get this pop up boxwhen i try to log in have i been banned or something? O.o what i do wrong :( or is it technical bug or so* ah i really want to go play again... i'm sorry for anything i did wrong but i cant think of anything though O.o i played so much and got so far and now this :S pls help me my account is 2hot4u69x.

I am also having a similar problem, only the third line of my error message reads


(0-0: The Server Returned an Unknown Error (wininet: 0).)

i have the same problem too.


as do several other people, that posted in diferent places on the forum.

this is well bad i want my accoutn back :'( 4 days of my life on that thing! lol without doing anything wrong heh i rly hope the GMs reinstate our accounts... i even tried resetting password but guess what?.... says username and email do not exist =.= its like its been deleted or something :'(

For you people with the same problem, when you first start the launcher, are you able to connect to the website that it tries to load?

look i try to log in on the website and i get this error.... The username 2hot4u69x has not been activated or is blocked.


*i have activated obviously because im lvl 17 so ive been blocked and this must be the case with a lot of other people GMS blocking us randomly without stating a reason OR a big BAD NASTY bug!


Of all the peolple i had to get it >.< grrr or at least if we WERE banned could we please be informed? cos i aint done nothin wrong and i know i aint so im guessing bug heh* but i fi have done something wrong at least have the decency to tel me what it is so i dont make the same mistake twice as i aint done anything wrong obviously i must have broken a rule.....heh i wish a gm or admin would respond ^_^

Well the one and only time the launcher properly loaded the web page, I was at least able to start the game.* Every other time I have gotten this:

Second link is what i get and top link sounds like router portforwarding or firewall blocking it maybe windows firewall or an added firewall router hardwired firewal soemthing like that as that SHOULD show up even on mine it shows up just when i put in my user and pass i get the loginerror.jpg...* i hope a GM can sort this out for us bcz its so bad starting again its not as if exp is fast too lol takes aaaaages to lvl ^^ but its a gr8 game so i started another mage incase i rly am banned heh...

The*firewall has been dissabled the whole time, and it worked once so I don't think it's got anything to do with*my*router or ISP.* You're lucky you got to play at all, I never even got to create a character.

i am also suffering from this kind of trouble... oh men... i don't know what to do... i wanna play my characters again... yesterday, i played my magician and archer... but now... i can't even get to see them... i miss 'em badly...





HELP us... DO something... INFORM us if we've done something wrong or if you're done with us...T_T

hmm i had the same problem and while reading the posts on this thread i came to try and click a link showed in the launcher... when i did it said that i needed to work ONLINE... wen i clicked connect a IE windoe opened and i was able to enter the game... hope this helps

Well I'm an idiot. I though I was disabling the firewall but apparently I wasn't. Once I got that straightened out everything worked fine. Good luck guys, hope you can get it to work too.

hmm well i have windows firewall turned off and my zonealarm firewall turned off and i can get ingame with a new account i have made but not my primary one :( so its definately an account problem... please GM have i been banned if i have at least let me know then i can get the morale to start again..... thanks...

we register on website and get the confirmation email then we activate and confirm then login and play, like the other like 2000 players...lol*

i find it very hard to believe that a person with an alias such as 2hot4u69x would ever break the terms of servise, with any sort of lude or agressive behaviour.....
