What icy said- the people in the picture could argue that you're black listing them, so what I'd do is this:
1)Save the URL's of the pictures
2)Delete them here
3)Make your first post a sorry- my mistake
4)Send a PM to a GM (snakeeyes I'd think) with the pictures
