buy an sparkcash reset scroll or do the lvl 30 quest and they will give u one for free.....

Even if you have stat-reset, you can only reset up to 10 stats. If you want to reset all of your stats, either make a new character or buy lots of stat-reset...

I was level 50 long before that quest existed T_T
