I recently started to play this game, and the most anoying thing so far is all the spammer. They stand at one place all day long and just write the same thing over and over again(some link to a site). Are they allowed to do that? Because it's really anoying when u cant have a normal conversation when they are around.

Well, they aren't necessarily "allowed", they're advertising something that is illegal in the game. Its kind of hard to stop them. They get banned, and then more pop up, they're like weeds. I suggest not using any of their services.
If they're annoying you, just right click their names in the chatbox and block them.
