Store bought items failing?

ok i bought the pumpkin house about 4 days ago, and as i tried to make a vendor shop it said

"Failed to open Vendor" so i was like "ok ***?" and i relog in, then i click on my minihouse and the pumpkin is gone, and i only got a mushroom again, anyone else have this problem?
