cant play fiesta...

When I try to login, a little screen says this but upside down:
?!_ (it shows it upside sown)
Then:
?!_2 (also upside down)
it then goes to almost show the screen but then drop back down and goes back to the launcher.
Anyone know the problem?
Plz dont say redownload it because I have already done so 10000times -_-

May you take a screenshot of that problem to see if it's familiar with any of us?

It looks there's a bit problem with you computer. Check to see if there's any virus or any other threat in your computer.
