Is this Closed Beta under a NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) ?
Or can we talk freely about the game, share screenshots and videos with other non-CB people ?
I'm guessing it's not since you didn't mention anything, but we never know.

games usually have non discloser agreements to ensure gameplay footage and other information which can later be changed isn't leaked to the public, Fiesta closed beta phase is expected to be very short, all information about the game is no secret. So in theory we wont need to sign an agreement, although its possible outspark want you to sign an agreement to stay on the safe side.

I would think that there is an NDA, and hopefully there is one too but then again...most people never really live up to the NDA, least from what I've seen with many CBTs

I was totally wondering the same thing this morning! And forgot to ask.
I would stick to even a verbal NDA. Breaking one of those is like copyright infringment. Spitting in the eye of the creator, yet so easy.

I want to hear from an official source aswell is there indeed an NDA as I dont wish to breach the NDA however is there is no NDA then I do wish to share screenshots with afew forum communities that I populate to try and add to the hype of this game
