I tried to search for a guide on how to upload your screenshots, but I couldn't find one.
So for people who want to upload screenshots and other pictures and host them somewhere where they can then link to on the forums, here is a step-by-step guide with images to help you.
Step 1. Go to http://www.imageshack.us/
You will see this:

Step 2. Click Browse, and look for the image on your desktop computer that you want to upload.
Step 3. Then click host it!
You will be taken to this screen:

This step is where you want to decide what you want to do with it.
The image on that page is a preview of what it looks like just so you know you've uploaded the correct image.
Step 4-1. The first circled link is for a Thumbnail for forums (1) where it generated the code that you can just simply paste into the forum to look like this:

The benefits of this is that it doesn't clog up the thread and it doesn't force you to download all these big 200 kb images to your computer - some even stretch out the thread and people don't like this.
Step 4-2. If you want to attach the actual image in its entirety, then you choose the second circled code. Then you go to the forums and click on the attach image icon above the input area:

Once you click on this you get a pop up asking you to enter the link to the image, that's where you past the Direct link to image that you copied from the bottom of the imageshack page (refer to 2 images above).
Once you've done that, you should be able to see the code:

The red circled code are called TAGS. These need one that opens and closes it. The one that closes has a / stroke in front of them. Don't touch this. Don't put anything inside them. You can type before the opening tag and after the closing tag.
And there you have it. You are now able to post pictures to the forum in 2 different ways.
If you wish to post simply a link, you can just copy and paste the direct link to the image and just paste it directly into the input box. The forum will detect it as a link and it will transform the link text into a link with the text.
