Store Login problem

Hello.

I'm trying to go into the store to buy sparkcash and what not but I'm already logged into Outspark.. and it asks me to log in again. I use the exact same login I used to get in here and on Fiesta and it's telling me it's invalid, no matter what I do. I've checked and checkd but it's just telling me it's invalid still. Can someone help me? x.x

try to clean (cookies,cache,dll) u'r browser and login from the portal.

in mozzila-> tools->clear private data->check all and delete all..

Nope, it's still doing this to me :

And then when i log-in again it still refuses to let me in. I had to log in this morning by "finding my password" which just ultimately made me just log in again via web browser and that worked fine. Just whatever form that's being used I guess through that isn't working for me, and it keeps asking me if it I want to show unsecure items on the webpage, which may be part of the problem, I don't know but it still won't let me log in regardless @__@

i already get problem like this, bcouse i never log out and save my password in this forum but if u login at game can't.and maybe bcouse i see another account (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=73822) at BnB website..and i had problem with my sparkcash, but now it's fix.

try to login from the portal http://outspark.com/portal/

today i buy SC too,and it's ok or me..

Sometimes I have both IE and Firefox open with multiple tabs and forget which email I am using. Glad you figured it out!

Could you please provide more details as to where you're trying to login and exactly what error messages are you getting?

Have you logged successfully at all before? if yes then list what you recently changed to your system if applicable. The more details you can provide the better chances for us to figure out the problem.
