That is not different than paying real money to get in-game money, so no. Just save up the all natural way.

Is it possible to sell items you bought with spark cash? If so then you can do it that way.

i don't think we should be able to trade our sparkcash items for your i n game money.
the only way we do that is by enchancing.

and i don't think anyone INTELLIGENT would trade real money for fake money...:/
i mean, people spend 100's of $ to buy this stuff, and i don't think they want in game money for it.

1. yes, pretty much, but for an expensive price. and your not converting your sparkcash.

3. nope. it never will be. just buy the sparkcash the regular way everyone else does. if you can't, then i don't know how i could help you there. :/

I dont really see the diff between buying sparkcash items and buying online money to buy other items. The only diff between sparkcash items and items you buy in game is you cant buy sparkcash items in game, otherwise they're just like other items. I'm sure if people could only get buff scrolls from sparkcash they'd still buy them with real money, but that would be ok right?

And therefore I will probably never buy sparkcash :)

+rep because for giving me a constructive arguement.

okay, the reason is, SC is a way for Outspark to get money, correct?
well the SC is a way for them to make money.
if they released the sparkcash items to be bought then sold...no one would buy from the spark cash store and waste 10$.
so they would lose money and make Fiesta a PTP (pay to play) game.

basically,
SC = Money.
Money = Fiesta
Fiesta = Players.

SC - Fiesta = PTP
PTP = less players
less players = bye-bye Fiesta.

Enhancing isn't the only way to earn in game money off of sparkcash. I've seen people selling sparkcash houses. I didn't buy it because I didn't know when the expiration date was. I didn't want to risk it.

Sometimes CS items get bugged and are somehow able to be put into a vendor. But it has been made clear several times by the GMs that selling CS items or Event Rewards is not allowed and will result in jailtime.
If you see anyone selling these items, please screenshot and report.

You are kind of missing an impotant part in your argument there! If the item is being traded in game.. someone had to have bought it using SC. Something to consider is IF trading SC items in game was legal there would be a certain percentage of people with cash willing to spend lots on SC. And the people without much money in real life would be able to obtain premium items by spending time in game. In the end I do not know, but I suspect, that it may increase cash flow for outspark, atleat temporarily. BUT I do not think that we would like to see what it would do to the in game market! I do not believe the reason that it is illegal is for Outspark to make more money, but instead it ruins the competative nature of the game for all. Why work so hard and spend all that time grinding to put together a couple gold coins when someone who has spent no time in the game can come in and buy themselves the best equipment and items... what would be the point of playing then?

You will notice that they are careful to put only time limited, self-consumable items on the cash shop. This is because of that same fact. If they sold normal equipment, people would stop buying once the market is flooded with them.

This is true with things like enhancement as well. You will notice the market is beginning to fill with +9 items being sold in vendors. This increased ease in availability is slowing down the enhancement stone market for some.

What it boils down to is the fact that realistically money needs to keep flowing for the game to stay running. If every player only needed to buy premium items once, or could buy them all from someone else, then after everyone had one, the cash flow would stop.

This is a game balance issue just as much as it is an economic one.
