Boar License Bug!!

Yeah, i have a 93% Ratman license on my Long Bow, purchased from a vendor (which i wont be using for long) and i got a boar license from the 2nd go round on the Skill Scroll person, Ruby, at least i think thats where i got it... Anyway i tried to put it on my weapon and it says "Unknown error ocurred" in the right bottom chat box... help?? I tried to put it on multiple times but it wont go on?

simmilar thing happend to me a while ago, try and try and eventually it works.





also, make sure your weapon isnt equiped to yourself when you try adding a licence*
