Impossible as an archer to make any $ from grinding , all spent on SP / HP stones , useless, questing doesnt give enough either, just make HP SP Stones free already... newb

maybe if you learned to grind on the right mobs, and use your skills right. I've made plenty of silver on my archer. (potion making and stone making.)

use my skill correctly? grind the right mobs?* , both are irrevavent from what I said , STRAIGHT GRINDING , requires use of SP HP Stones , everything you grind , only drops mats , the mats you need for making potions and stones need to be sold for money , or u dont make anything at all but more potions , so you're either still below 22 , or lying, good try though.

Stone mats = $

Potion mats = $

skills and items require that $, HP SP stones require that $ too? so whats left? 200c?

and what mobs are you talking about? Slimes? rofl , buddy what level are you anyway?

You know, I found that using the drops you get for your production skills really sap the money out of your pocket. So I tend to not focus on the production skills that much. I usually focus on scroll making that way I only have two types of items that I have to collect. If you focus heavily on making elrue and whatnot, it'll be hard for you to make money, unless you sell them via your own shop and gain a profit. But that's usually hard too because people push down the price to 30 copper or so if you're trying to sell near them. So I seriously wouldn't focus on stone production if you're worried about money.

The main way to earn money is to sell your loots. Killing certain monsters won't help. But I find it favorable to gain a lot of copper lumps because they sell 100c per piece. You can also put up a shop, but that requires a lot of patience and a good eye for prices to get profit.

I've found it easy to get silver at least just by selling my loots~ I guess it varies between different people. x.x

they strictly forbid any silver farming , notice if you're higher than a mob , just by a littleee bit , little or nothing will drop, because you could just farm it and make alot... so you're forced to move on to harder things that drop stuff , but sap all youre SP HP Stones , even things that drop for production need to be sold to get any type of profit,,, expect for clerics , because they only use SP, I'm probably done with this game ,I Spent a good week on it everyday all day , and needs alot of work , So I'll come back later when its fixed, or never..

so again, end story is:** Straight Grind = use alot of HP SP Stones , Sell everything you get after*1 or 2 hours of grinding*(probably 2-3s at the most when ur dry of SP HP Stones) , restock on Stones , 200c left , everytime , maybe less , cant farm, thats the point.

(THis is only in an Archers prospective , because thats all I played , and I did everything correct as it should have been , grinded where I am suppose to, etc.)

You can farm only not the very weak monsters. Eg. right now I have among other a 20lvl mage and I farm mostly boogys and pirates. They don't give me much of experience but the loot is ok - mats and an ocasional return scroll. I'm strong enough to kill most of them before they reach me so I only need SP potions and even the number of those can be reduced by resting frequently.

After farming I always have a lot of materials for alchemy, make some potions/elure and sell them. I usually set up shop while I'm doing something else on the computer and have the game running in the background. That way I don't have to stare at the screen waiting for stuff to sell and at the same time have control over the selling progress. I'm not making a fortune but enough to keep up with weapons/armor/skills.

well,* as you said yourself, you're 20 , wait until you're 25+ trying to do quests in Burning Hill , -.- , you're basically forced to find a group for those , unless you're a cleric/fighter.** -_-

I farm my own mats( never had to buy a single potion in game) I also kite mobs.(DoT's are a wonderful thing.)*I am a archer and rarely do I ever lose more than 25% of my hps.(If any at all)*If you are a archer and are trying to stand toe to toe with mobs then you are doing it wrong! I am 31 level and have had little trouble* so far /shrug

If you are trying to use your archer like a fighter then you need to rethink your strategy IMO. With the stategy's I use maybe 10% of my money goes into potions/stones. All mobs are not created equall. Find mobs that are easier to kill from range and STOP trying to tank everything.
