what is it for??..coz i saw some people selling it..and im always selling to the npc...

its for scroll production (hence the thing at the bottem that says scroll material) Most people will buy it for much more than the NPC buys it.

You can sell to NPC, or sell to people for a slightly higher price.........

3 Torn Leather
1 Beast Leather (LQ)
2 Beast Dogtooth (LQ)
