Launcher Doesn't Work.

I downloaded and installed Fiesta like 3 times, but each time when i click on the program or whatever, it just says "Erors Occured, See the logfile C://Program Files/Outspark/Launcher/outspark.exe.log' for details..

and that file says

Next, someone said install the manual patch -> http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58835
but then it says "Aborting patch. Could not find the apps.conf file at: C:/Users/Public/Outspark.

Does anyone know how to fix both of these errors? I've tried re downloading and installing it and turning off firewall but nothing works =[!

You need to remove all Fiesta folders, then download fiesta from a mirror.

Google Fiesta Download mirror, you'll get something.

Tell me how that goes (long explanation why you need to do it like this, I can tell you if you want)
