who do i contact when i dont recieve sparkcash

Hi all,

Can someone tell me which GM i am ment to contact in relation to my not recieving the $25 worth of spark cash i brought yesterday.

You can either PM Fiesta_Help on the forums. Currently, all the GMs and CSRs use that now to sift through PMs.

Or, I think the best way to report a problem like this is to submit a ticket to customer support by clicking the Help button in the upper right had corner of the page.

All sparkCash issues are best dealt by sending a help ticket :)

GMs dont deal with cashshop issues.

Its best to contact one of the CSR's through the Helpcenter

ive got no response from Fiesta_Help and I cant find where to contact them in http://support.outspark.com/ it looks like a faq page to me and i cant find a link anywhere to contact them ... i still dont have my spark cash, what do i search for or where is the link to contact them?

Yes it is an FAQ page. Just click on one of the topics and when the next page loads, there is a 'submit ticket' link at the bottom left.
