I just started this game yesterday currently at lvl 13 now. I wonder that is there any place to level for a 13 or even better can someone high level or experienced player kindly create a leveling guide.

Umm.. it really depends what class you are. I think it's best for lvl 13 to probably now go do slime KQ since they give the best prizes and you can make a lot of money off of them. If you don't want to, probably try grinding at honeyings in Sand Beach (Well, it's pretty good for my archer considering Im pretty weak), but if you're stronger than that, grind on the beginning monsters at forest of mist.

So the point is this game needs a "Monster Guide" and while at it add in a "Area Guide." If this website*doesn't do it other websites*will.

Lullabies' advice was very good. For grinding you want to fight mobs that are 1-2 TKO and deal little damage. Yes, an archer can fight Rats at lvl 13 but the damage they deal is significant.
Make sure that you do all of the quests. KQ is great for leveling; I gained 2 levels with each of my first 2 KQs and there is the added bonus that you might get a good treasure chest even though most seem to be empty.
