This guild sounds great and it's seems to be what i'm looking for. I would like to join. Are u guys currently recruiting and what is the requirements?

I am a level 45 soon to be level 46 apprentice.

We're glad that you have taken an interest in our guild, but atm [as mentioned in many posts before this one] we are cureently an invite guild only, thus we are currently not recruiting.

When the times comes and once guild expansions are implemented [no idea when sorry >.<], only then will we begin to recruit and expand the love of ashguard sect all over the continent of xen ^^

Hello Everyone!
I just arrived back from my trip last night, I hate those long hours waiting in airports etc.

Luckily the weather was quite nice most of the time, it only rained a couple of days. The dutch and german cities were nice, with very old buildings, watched the equestrian competition in Aachen, had a few relaxing days in the sun on the edge of a lake, and spent some time visiting friends in Rotterdam, Delft, Amsterdam, and Utrecht.

I Bought you all some stroopwafles (really nice Dutch filled caramel filled waffles) from Holland, some really good chocolate, and a cute orangish-brown teddy bear for the Ashguard sect guild club room.

BTW: Grats Xanthie, I knew you could do it!

That reminds me, i probably should change my sig when i turn assasin.... but that might take some time as i'm currently trying to do it totally cash shop free: No more cape of love, and exp sux even more without boosters(0.02% in edine).

yeah i know i can do it, it will just take some patience. it is just a shame when i was the 5th active rogue over 80, and now there are already 10 assasins, and i have still sooooo many hours of grinding to do at this rate, being away for a long time for the two travel trips didn't help mych either.

I see everyone on boosts going so much faster, hmm, maybe i can get a bit of exp on this +50% exp weekend.

Thanks Xanthe, that'd be great! it'd fit in nicely with the ashguard sigs! hmm, i'm wondering if going for a assasin, or a cat theme would be good for the sig.

hmm, it reminds me of when i went to Alicia to get my current sig. i killed the aggro in the area, and the other types of mobs so they wouldent get into the pic. then i had to time it with the cats, they would stand still for exactly 2sec before they would move. in that 2 sec i would have to run to just behind them(so aproach them from behind in my second movement, so i'm facing the correct direction as there is no time to turn while sitting), then step forwards to be next to them, then sit, then turn the camera angle, and then print screen before they would move again. it was challenging to do all this in the 2sec(i was normally too late to move and change camera angle),

It was pure luck that there happened to be one moment that there were two facing exactly the same direction with exactly one space between them. and in that moment i did all the moves to face right direction, camera angle, sit etc and got a good shot before they moved. the funny thing is that i look relaxed there sitting in the sig.

it's funny you say that, as i feel like i've been fairly inactive in the forums lately, i used to be more than twice as active as now through jan-may period(i averaged 8 posts/day at one stage), then was away a bit in july, and now posting aghain, but no where near as active as i was at the start of the year.

good luck on your life as a rogue. there is a great community of rogues, lots of people willing to give advice.

BTW rogues turn into assasins. knights are a completely different branch so i don't think i'll be turning knight anytime soon.

Xanthe created most of the ashguard sigs (it's cool how they all have similar shape) I just created my own sig with the cats.

if you like the name "assasin", you'd love our next class in the branch: "shadow master"
and the shadow master also has REALLY cool amor! XD
yep, we're the ones that go to the dark side, use invisible, dirty tricks lurk in the shadows and cary out assasinations. XD

yeah the exp is bbad at higher levels, at 90+ it's reazy sloweven with AOE. then you go fight harder mobs, and it doesn't give anymore exp. and on top of that at a certain stage there arn'tany more good maps for doing AOE. bythis time the game gets toomuch for most high level people, so they often resort to quitting, creating an alt, or just chiling in essene to chat to friends.

i see you're an apprentice, it gets fairly rough with the mages when 80+, as you can't AOE well with the pathetic amor, so left to killing mobs one at a time. on the bright side the lack of high level mages means tht the equipment is in abundance and very cheap.

If you've read our mission statement, you would understand that our guild is not about level grinding or level competition. What we value most is the individual, their friendship and personality. We are about having fun despite having to take care of real life matters in terms of work and school and everything else. Sure it is nice to level together, but our guild cohesion is not based on that. Some of us will have more time to level, some of us less... and that's fine as long as we all have fun together. Besides, a lot of us do in fact have alts if it really comes down to that. :P

Ashguard prides itself on being a role model for the community, of friendly helpful people that will help sos progress. we want to make a positive difference to the community, and are interested in like minded people that would be a great asset to the guild and the community.

Levels are not everything(I know, I was in BAMF), the endless grind for no experience continues in the higher levels, till you're just about to go crazy, and in the end the best thing about the game is the community.

So this guild tries to bring together great people from the community, we are not soely internally focused, we want to give to the community, spreading the good vibes wherever we go.

Dear Sacrosanct. we are currently at full capacity of 25 members. and so are unable to accept new members. also as stated nuimerous times in the thread, we do not recruit from the forums, this is an invitation only guild, so the best way to get in would be to get to know the current members, and then possibly get an invite if/when a spot opens up in the future.

On another note yes we do not select people according to their level, we select people according to their personality. so it is not just a easy guild to simply get into for " those with a dubious real life schedule" etc. It is not a guild to get into if you can't get into others etc. We wish to collect together the nicest people in the commuity, that will be role models help the wider solstice community and be a positive influence on the game.

If you wish to be a part of this fantastic group then it's good to start as a role model of the community, a positive influence to the land of xen wherever you go, be known by the guild and across the land for your graciousness and friendlieness. And then when spots open in the guild the most appropriate person will be selected and be given an invite.

BTW Kaze, and other people interested in ashguard sect: this is a invitation only guild, we select people that we have gotten to know over some time, has a great personality, and see has an outstanding positive contribution to the community. Thus we never recruit strangers from the forums, the best chance anyone has for getting an invitation is to get to know us over time, then when spots open up in the guild you may be on the radar of scouters, so may get invitations.

But since flips hasnt checked the forums yet, I think you deserve a response, even if it is from me. lol. ANYways...try pming flippers in game or cookies :D (not sure if there is a space in between cookies and :D or not @_@), and ask about hanging out with us. There isnt a specific lvl recquirement, we'd just like to get to know you first and see if you fit in the guild, to see if you like us aswell, and lately we've been having a little inactivity, so active is another plus. =] hope i helped somewhat. xD

we do not exactly have a specific lvl req. atm & we'd love to add/meet ppl with positive outgoing attitudes ^.^, and like .Riku. has mentioned, we'd like for you to get to know us as well as we'd like to get to know you too, to see if the guild is what you'd want to be in, so not like its awkward or anything ^^;'. Although guild is having a little inactivity prob. we're working on it atm and hope to add future active members. We hope to see you around, come chill with us sometime ^^v. i dun see how lvl 55 healer is considered priest emmss...lvl 55 healer still is under the class name of acolyte o.o;
emm just lvl to 96 to get priest xD;


lvls 16-66 acolyte [@ lvl 66 can change to cleric if you wish to or continue on as acolyte.]
lvls 66-96 cleric [@ lvl 96 can change to priest if you wish to or continue on as acolyte/cleric.]
and ...to be paladin im not sure on the lvl xD;;
