I have one with a harkan license completed and orc assassin (30%). It doesnt have good stats - 21dex, some INT, and 1spr. +4% Critical. 7% Base Critical.

it hasnot good stats,i look for some with str. with some end even better,so leave your price for the axe and i will think about it...
