In my case, I'm a mage, so I can have 2 masteries.

Question here is: Is it really worth it? I'm a Wand user, but I had to actually learn Staff Mastery because I couldn't find any wand that was worth it. Is there any other use to having both masteries? Thanks :)

It's useful because if you can't find a wand or staff of which Mastery you have, then you'll do weaker attacks with the other.

The downside is it will cost you more money, but if you're rich enough, this shouldn't be a problem.

Advantages:
Do more damage with either type of weapon
Doesn't matter what weapon you have

Disadvantages:
Costs a lot more
Not really THAT useful

Yeah, because you never know when you might find an awesome wand or staff, so it's best to use both.

I second that. I had a hard time trying to find a bow for my lv20 archer when everyone else was selling crossbows (oi).
