I don't have a prob purchasing SparkCash items as long as it's a good value - or it makes me look super cute :p

However, the item descriptions can be a bit lacking. I was hoping to see some input from people who have purchased some of these items, please. Here are some of the questions I have:

My Questions:

Are the Shiny Glasses actually shiny or are they clear? I've seen many people wearing clear glasses and the black glasses, but I don't think I've ever seen shiny glasses..

Is the Blessing of Teva worth purchasing? My highest character is 31, and when she dies I lose 500ish xp.. That's like 5 kills which doesn't seem all that bad. At higher levels is this blessing more useful? Especially considering it's large price tag..

Is the Hunter's War Rant useful? Ok 50% more drops sounds nice, but if I would just get 50% more crushed bone I think I'd go insane  Does this affect greens drop rate as well? How about gathering drop rate? Most mobs have multiple drops, does this affect even their more rare drops (ie. t2 TS drops)?

How fast are the SparkCash mounts? Like Roumen mount fast? Faster? Do they use flotation stones? I'd prolly get one of these just to save 1 space in my inventory if they didn't ;)

In the leveling pack it offers the item "HP+SP Soul Stone Carrier V" - what is this? It kinda sounds like I'd be able to carry more stones, but there's no way to be sure...

Are the SparkCash mini pets really worth it.. The best one (Mini Boar) is +6 all stats for 5775 SC per 30 days.. Is 6 more dmg, 6 more aim, 30 more HP&SP, and 6 more def & magic def worth that price? Doesn't really seem like it, and it's really not all that cute.. The Kabings or Honeying's look better imho.

If my extra inventory & bank space runs out without me renewing them will the items in those spaces disappear?

My Reviews:

Windmill House: I love it. For a very reasonable 825 SC my character gets 10% hp & sp regen every 5-6 seconds, and 5 extra vendor slots - all while looking nice.. I can't even begin to express how nice the extra regen is. I'm no longer bored to tears waiting on the mushroom house to regen me. Everyone should get a SC mini house.

Rabbit House: It's almost as nice as the windmill.. For 742 SC it regens 5% hp & sp every 3-4 seconds. This is still TONS better then the standard mushroom house. However, looking at is really starting to creep me out. I thought it was kinda goofy cute when I bought it, but now it's giving me nightmares :o

Storage Pack: A very nice value. 3750 SC gives my character 2 more inventory pages. The lack of Inv. space had been my biggest complaint with Fiesta. It kinda sucks you have to pay for it, but 3750 isn't outrageous. You also get 2 more bank pages. This is again very nice. However, only the character who uses the bank pages item can put items in those last 2 pages... Other chars can take stuff out, but not put it in :( This seems rather stingy, and makes inventory management take far more time then it should.. I realize Outspark can't code these things differently, but perhaps a large discount on extra large boxes could be given to compensate for this. The extra vendor space is nice, but doesn't make or break the pack for me.. Overall a good value imho.

Menian Set (Defense): 1550 SC gives your character 30 extra physical defense and 5% crit for a month. I bought this for my mage and the 30 extra def has been handy. Yea, I could have just used a higher tier shield scroll but every bit helps when you're a squishy mage. The 5% crit is just awesome. Really it's wicked nice. I'd recommend a 5% crit armour set to any mages, archers, and Str fighters.. Maybe even clerics if you solo a lot.. It's also nice that this set comes in 3 pieces - top, bottom, and shoes so you can mix and match while in town to make a more unique look. On the downside the female's shoes are crappy tennis shoes.. Common now, no one wears tennis shoes with a ****tail dress!!! Also, there are NO in game pics of these items. While the men can get a fair idea what it will look like on, the women are S.o.L. - this needs changing Outspark!!!!!

Tux/Wine Dress: While at 1875 SC this is more expensive then the Menian set, but it looks arguably better then the Menian. Again, the 5% extra crit is Godly for damage dealers. The downside is that this set comes in all one piece so there's no mix & matching.

Perfect Miles: You've gotta love being able to make your own +9's from the better weapons(ZK, GGK, CG, etc.) instead of spending hundreds of silver on a crappy npc +9. The downsides can be very frustrating though. First expect to need around 2 stacks of Red & Blue miles to go from +0 to +9 at Tier 1. At Tier 2, it can easily take 3 stacks of each(Red & Blue). Also when enhancing a +0 weapon a blue perfect mile is not needed so you'll always have an odd number of blues. Also, there's no place to store any extra miles that went unused but in your inventory  Outspark really needs to address this. Is there really a harm to the game or Outsparks cash flow by making these bankable?

Black Glasses: They look great and add a lovely +3% crit. Not a very reasonable price tho.

My Suggestions:

1. Outspark, go over to the Fiesta Wiki and add in-game pictures of all the armor, mini-pets, houses, and mounts. This seems like a no-brainer advertising move.

2. Allow perfect miles to be put in banks

2. Or, better yet, make a separate storage page for SparkCash purchased items for each character (after they've been used). I can't imagine how clogged the inventories of people who've been around in game awhile and have several different outfits to choose from are.

I guess that's it for now. Sorry it turned out to be so long. I didn't intend it that way. Please comment on any SC items, even if I didn't ask about them or if I've already commented. :D

Teva

From what I heard they are working on something to allow our sparkcash items to be put into a different bag. This game is still in beta so it may take a while.

On another note this should have really gone into the *Feedback* forum. Though good work you obviously put some thought into this.:)

Actually, something like this would be good for putting into the magazine (reviews of item of the month in the style of gaming magazine reviews) o.o

Mind if i suggest it to use? =x

1. No, the shiny glasses are currently bugged and only appear ad clear glasses.

2. At high levels, BoT is very useful. When high levels die, the amount of exp to level is in the millions, so the 1% lost from dieing is in the tens of thousands. I am lvl 39 and I lose just over 2k exp. A nuisance right now, but one I can live with. Is it worth it? Unless you die often, I don't think so.

3. yes, Hunter's War Rant is useful. It increases drop rate of all drops. I personally, don't use it, because I see it as a get rich quick cheat.

4. The mounts like the Donkey and the Rhino I believe are twenty percent faster than the regular hobby horse. They are fun to use, get you areound a lot quicker, reduce the chance of you picking up massive mob trains, and they don't take flotation stones. You can use them all you want until the timer runs down. Usually you can get a mount for 7 or 30 days.

5. Yes, it allows you to increase your soul stone limit, but I don't know by how much.

6. I like the shop pets, and think that +6 in all categories is very useful. What I don't think is worth it is wasting 35s on an in-game pet that only increases +1.

7.No, if you still have items in your extra inventory when the timer on the storage increase runs out, those items will stay in there until you take them out. Once you take the items out, though, you can not put them back in.

HP/SP stone carrier V - it seems to have doubled what I can carry. I can go inside dungeons and not worry about running out by the time I get to where I want. If you mushroom a lot, then this is of no use for you.

Pets - its use is mostly realized in very low levels. Suggestion, only buy the 7-days and skip the 30days. Tho its +6 on all stats, it only equates to 3 pts converted to real stats (2 str = 1 dmg, 2 end = 1 def, etc...).

HP/SP Mega Potion - useful on lower levels or emergencies. Higher levels, you take on so much damage that it runs out rather quickly. I'd say, only for emergencies after Level 40. SP is pretty useless, you can get them from drops or buy from players rather cheap and your stones should be enough.

Tough Cookie Pack - comes with Pet Boar, Work Out suit, Shark House, STR/END+50% Charm. Most important item here is the charm because you can not buy it separately(separate items are only +20%).

Sure, suggest away ;)

Thanks for answering my questions Poisoned.

I still think it's ludicrous that Outspark doesn't put more detail in the descriptions and post pics on the fiesta wiki or make pic links under the item in the cash shop.

Your welcome.

Yes, they could use a little more description as to what some of the items do.

The Fiesta Wiki is user created, they have a fiesta store section now, and you could add to it if you wish, provided you have accurate information.

I'm rather terrified of trying to edit a wiki.. Though, maybe I should try..Besides, this is how Outspark makes it's money.. You'd think they wouldn't tasking one of their payed employees to create the additional advertisement *shrug*

They have no obligation to really, since the Wiki is run by FiestaFan, it has no association with Outspark whatsoever.

Nah, no obligation other then common sense. Common sense = advertise and promote your product everywhere you can - especially when it's free!

At level 79, the loss of experience per death is 230k.

The average player gains approximately 4% per hour at level 78, which means it takes 15 minutes to regain 1% in Trumpy Remains. For some people, especially mages, the insurance is worth the money, especially since mages usually take the aggression of the mob off of the fighter when it is down to half health.

As for the Wiki, it's only as good as its contributors make it.
