Having issues with graphics, names, and connecting.

Ok, I have a nividia gefore 6150 SE Card. I get white jagged blotches in the character creation section of th game. I dont know if its my POS graphics card or what. I mean I can play world of warcraft just fine so I would assume I could play this game, but whatever. I cant log into the game because it wont accept any of the names I put in. I mean do I have to choose a oriental name that Saki or something like that? I also downloaded some new video card drivers and now I can no longer connect to the servers. I dont know if its because of the newly installed drivers or if the game its self is down or what.... I am really confused guys : (

try this and click on "high performance" then try going in to the game again
