so I was just heading to CP for some solo grinding and in the other direction all of a sudden there was someone on a FLYING PEGASUS mount... I was like, okay so maybe they added to CS, but no, I had never seen one before... I am not joking! can someone tell me how someone got this, or if they are a hacker or something
P.S. it wasnt a GM or any kind of outspark staff

They gave those out as a prize to select people a while ago.
Only people that I think have one is um.. Salyuc (however it's spelled)
And keyasrucaco (However it's spelled)

It was an event from awhile back (scavenger hunt). Since the flying Pegasus had a level restriction, a lot of the people couldn't activate it until now.

It could have been this too, but I thought that Salyuyac and Keya were the only two on Teva to obtain the prize

There were 5 people from Teva who won the prize. Sal and Keya were the only ones who were able to activate it right away since they were already lv60+ while others three people were still trying to meet the lv60 requirement.

It would have very well been a glitch though... since it's been quite awhile since the event.

no thats how it is, exactly as sil said, they weren't level 60 yet, i already knew mine and keyas would run out long before theirs since they were level 30-50.

its about time one of em got to 60, i had forgotten there were three others
