Some questions about GMs

Hi guys i just wana now some things about GMs

1.What is a GM
2.Are the GMs only hight lvl players
3.Can normal players become GMs
4.How can u become a GM

I think this might help...

1. GMs are paid employees of Outspark, who have a large amount of control on the comings and goings of the game (eg. Fiesta, SoS, etc).
2. No, GMs have the ability to change their level to suit their wishes.
