1 small question (sort of noob)

ok, im a lvl 11 archer, but i am still wondering what the skill empower button does, i click it, the window pops up, but i cant click any arrows and idk what it does, also, what are skill points for and how do i use them

You have to drag and drop the skill you want to upgrade into the open window at the top first.
