you need to pm a gm for them to read this.go up to the top of the page, hit private messages then look under control panel for send new message, click that, then type in the gm's name

Step 1: Click on this link: http://www.outspark.com/forums/showgroups.php

Step 2: Find the GM and click on "Send PM" icon on the right hand side

Step 3: Write what you did above and then click on Send

Additionally though, for better chances of getting help, it's better if you wrote "Fiesta_Help" first on the list of people to PM.

Most of the GMs don't respond to personal PMs anymore.

The best way to get hold of a GM or any Outspark staff is to PM Fiesta_Help by either doing what Jhanniss^^ said or by going to 'private messages' in the upper right hand corner, clicking 'send new message' and typing Fiesta_Help in the recipient box.
