I need help, I cannot ride my mount. Whenever I right click it says "Would you like to ride racoon? (7days)" I click OK but it doesn't do anything. Not sure why. Help?

First, your raccoon needs to be in your character inventory. When you purchase an item, and then go in-game, your items should show up in the "Gift Box" in the right hand side of your Character Inventory.
If you open the inventory, you should see the raccoon...Right-click it to assign it to your character. Then, look in your character inventory and Right-click the raccon in order to ride.
Post back if you are still unable to Ride.
