i remember Sking saying the next maintanence would be on May27, anyone have any info on it?

I dont recall seeing a notice about it, although it does seem to always happen on a monday at 10pm PST if it is going to happen.

bleh, i cant remember where the thread was. i know they usually do it on maonday, but sometimes they do surprise us with updates in the middle of the week.

They'd probably announce it later in the day... it is still the "start of the day" at Outspark.

I wonder if it'll include some things that were in the recent magazine... :3

o.0 some new maps would be great, ive seen poeple fight in helga tomb omfg all i can say is...death...but in the magazone it said "what outspark has in the works" i think it will be a while before we get new maps other than BR. i just want some new skills so i can play again.

Haha Yeah... if I do play an Archer again I'll start from scratch in Epith. :P I don't think I can go back to mine in Apoline and start from there. And from what I see... the new skills like the Entangle is like for higher levels which sucks in my opinion. >P I've played Archer in another version so I can't imagine not having those features and playing.

Anyway, I've seen screenshots of the 80+ areas such as the Tomb of Helga... awesome stuff. :3 I like how it's brand new monsters and not just the same sprite with a different (ie. Boar and King Coll). I don't remember which map it was but it's the one with big holes and fountains... apparently there's is a lost kitty. :P

Today is Memorial Day, which most people have off.
And there was a Thread that someone made, asking when the next Update was going to be, and SKiNG posted and said the 27th. Which would make since to have the update tomorrow, and not tonight, seeing as today is a Holiday they most likely have off.

I don't think we'll have the major updates, like as the cap raise and such, until June ish.

yea i have been keeping up with the other versions of Fiesta, Helgas tomb is awesome. lol i get tired of the bosses, they are just really big versions of a lower lvl monster. 0.0 wut! you played them? LUCKY! i gotta partiton my harddrive and download jap windows.

If these so called "new skills" are at the higher levels like 80+, then i quit for good because it still dosen't fix game balnce at all. Besides Rohan comes out tomorrow anyways, so depending on this patch i'll see if i stay or not.

In one of Sking's downed server discussion threads, he had stated so. It just means they aren't yet ready to release certain things. If the cap were to be raised in this upcoming update, there would be a post put up by the Staff ahead of time. Things like that they give plenty of warning about.
There may very well be things added on tomorrow, but it may just be little things. Maybe new items for the CS and some other slight changes.

It wasn't one of his threads that he said that in. It was a Thread started by someone else, asking about the next Update.
I don't think he was contradicting himself, he never said what was going to be in the update, just that there will most likely be one on that date. So he never said "Oh there will be a cap raise, and this this and this, on May 27th for our next update." He only said to expect there to be an update on the 27th.
With Outspark, nothing is definite due to delays and drawbacks, but things will eventually be done. They do their best to get things done in a timely manner.

I wouldn't take anything like that to be the exact thing... what was that saying? Take it as a grain of salt or whatever? :P I will only take an update "seriously" when the notice is given on that day saying it'll be added in the next couple of hours.

IMO, if the new skills and "fixes" are at 80+ I will not play an Archer in Fiesta. Getting to 60 was hard enough as it is and I did this before they lowered the cooldown on Multi Shot. And as I've said before, after playing an Archer with 0.9 attack rate in another version... the Archers here are like Fighters trying to swing an axe with the decrease attack rate debuff it's not even funny.

That thread wasn't the one he stated that there would be an update on the 27th.
That is the one where he said won't be raised until June or July, like I stated before.

It's looking like end of june or early july for the level cap. - Taken from his post from that thread.


From what I see he says nothing about the May 27th update in that post.
He only said they were planning one on that date in another Thread, started by someone else.

I think the update will be delay because the server instability.. they probably try to fix the servers and lags. so mayb the update will occur next week.
