Wierd Message on Login

For the last 20 minutes I have been trying to log back into Fiesta after being disconnected but every time I try to log in, I get a little message window that says ?!-_(But upside down) and when I click the 'x' or the button on the window, its brings up the same thing with a 2 at the end. When I try to click either the 'x' or the button on -that- one, the full window tries to load but then backfires and brings up the login window again.

What should I do?

I would if I could log in right now, but I can't, hence the reasoning for this thread lol.

Shouldnt this be in troubleshooting? And I could have sworn I saw someone with that problem there just have a look. ^^
