A bot is a character that is being controlled by a computer program. It is a hacking program , usually a macro, that will be told to manipulate the Fiesta files and perform some action over and over again.

For instance, grinding bots will automatically target the mob closest to them, and it will be programmed to auto pick-up drops.

Spam bots are the players you see in town advertising gold-selling sites. the program there is told to just type a certain message and display every x number of seconds.
