Now I know all about the betta closed 2 thing and you know what , I dont like it at all , I mean like every1 has to redo there chr and I,m sure no one wants to I mean cant they do this thing with out deleating all the chrs , I think they should at least make it so tat if ur a lvl10 or over that you get your name changed and not get deleated but , I dont think they should do the betta closed 2 thing.if you agree u can jest sudmit a repile.Ill b glad if you guys support =)

Standard beta procedure man. You should have known going in that ALL characters would be deleted. It is nothing new. If you don't like it please refrain from joining anymore beta's in the future. Because*I guarantee it will happen again.

If you must know why they do this I will give you a direct quote from GM CatsClaw:


"It is a standard procedure to erase the database after a closed beta. There are a number of reasons for this, but the primary reason is that there have been changes made to the later versions of the game client that would create bugs and serious errors in characters created with an older version (CB1 or CB2) of the game client.


This will be the only time we will do this though, so in the future any characters you create once Open Beta is underway will remain and never be erased for as long as Fiesta Online continues to run, which we hope is a very long time indeed!


We hope that you can understand the necessity of the databse wipe, and we hope that you come back and enjoy the game."

Hey i just signed up and was bout 2 play, but then it disconnected me from the server and i heard that every1's prograss in game is gona be reseted, i know how it feels 2 be reseted and it feels real bad! Anyways, any 1 know when i can start playing? is it on friday? or can i play like in 15 mins?

so....during this period..all characters will be destroyed... wat about those characters that has reached lvl 60 or so..* this really sucks and.. i dont understand at all :p This whole situation makes we want to stop playing.

I understand and not upset at all my concern is is it still gonna be free once it comes back, I think the notice said on the 24th or is it gonna need some dollars to play

Yeah, really guys, stop complaining if you haven't been able to play yet. They're trying to make it better for everyone. I had a HIGH LEVEL character on there, but since I know what quests and stuff to do, it'll be easier.


Everyone will start off with a level one again. It'll even itself out.

It will be free. Forever. But if you want to use the Fiesta store (not the blacksmith or an in-game character store) you'll have to pay for credits to buy stuff.

Look it sucks it really does but if you made it all the way to that level think about the mistakes u may have made then and now u can avoid those now you will level faster ( like u always do when u restart) and maybe tweek your stats. thats what im going to do

i know i got i lvl 9 cleric in like 20 hours and i got a lot of friends that u dont know in real life and now i cant party with them man i dont think i will be playing any more
