What lvl quest is it? and how did you get said item form a drop from an NPC? which NPC? I think its a Lvl 17 quest just talk to the class changer (Reinmont) <SP> in Bryndinhal, Ask for a quest and she says to take a change of class report to the head Guildmaster which is the fighters Guild. And give us more than 2 hours before resorting to violence on your computer screen.
