Hey, Ive ask people here and there how to win this event. Most people say they use a online decoder, does anyone know a good one? Please help other who dont know XD

That's correct. People may complain about it, but as long as there are too many people to punish, it's OK. Just open up a newspaper for examples :)

Actually that's even part of the law. If there's something that is illegal but the majority of people already do it out of 'habit' then if you go to court you can legalize it. But this doesn't work for all laws. I think it's only civil right? Man I got a bit rusty my last 'law' course was like 2 years ago~

Haha... actually some people say 'yes' to this believe it or not. Marquis de Sade believed that if its in your nature, then that's okay and should be accepted by the state... So if you feel that you kill because hey, thats just your thing, then no-one has any way to really question that.

This was the musing of a man who spent 32 years of his life in and out of prisons and insane asylums. The term "sadism" is derived from his name, and you say that murder could be seen as legal based off of the lawless writings of a sexually abusive madman?

Im semi-disappointed that EVERY decipher the cipher event, it's either ANK that wins, or (other) 79's :P.
2 Decipher the ciphers ago 8/10 Winners were level 79.
This decipher the cipher Everyone but one of the winners of a member of ANK.
Maybe im jealous :P.

There are over 300 million people in the US. The small number that murder, ****, drive drunk, etc. do not a majority make. This is a country "of the people, by the people, and for the people". If "the people" (the majority) say something is OK, the government has a duty, by its charter (the constitution), to agree.

There were once these guys in the 1700's who decided they didn't like their country's laws, and general attitude toward them. They all got together to conspire to commit high treason, murder their fellow countrymen, and steal a large portion of land belonging to their country. We Americans call them "Founding Fathers" and praise them as heroes. Oh, and now we're just the BEST of friends with the country against whom we rebelled. THAT is the kind of scale on which law breaking must be in order for it to be 'OK'.

Care for a non-war example? Prohibition. To say the constitutional amendment was unpopular is an understatement. The law went into effect January 1920, and guess what? The majority of Americans ignored it...AND IT WENT AWAY. 13 years later, FDR repealed the amendment.
