Bio of Kentis- Asylum Battalion - Apoline(Work In Progress)

(Since I don't know where to put this, here goes... remember it's done just for the fun of it and english only my second language... be lenient, please:P)

Ahem... Kentis, your average friendly freak

How He should put words into motion? Well He is I, Kentis, He is the illegitimate son of Conan and the Tooth Fairy (hence the Colgate colored hair... and the propension toward the Fighter profession, accessorily). Mommy, Me he's not know mommy, mommy strangely exploded giving birth... And Daddy would not see a son in Kentis. So Kentis was raised by the creatures of the forest... Until the day Kentis put fire to such creatures's village and was kicked out... violently... In fact, Kentis died, for the first time... not the last tough. But thats further into story of Kentis... I, Kentis was resurrected in Roumen, that's where Kentis learned the secret art of shrinking into a Smurf's House to regain Kentis's strenghts. So, since Kentis had only his short sword in hand, Kentis set out to rampage the creatures of the forest that had been mean to Kentis... All was going to the plan Kentis had in mind; meet slime #1, kick slime#1's behind... meet slime#2, same results... and so forth up until after slime # 4... At that point, Kentis met Mushroom #1. Kentis ran to Mushroom #1 as for all the other wimpy slimes Kentis met before... and then Mushroom #1 wacked Kentis silly, sending Kentis back to Roumen, feet's first... So Kentis, bashed more slimes to learn swing blade better... THEN kick Mushroom #1's behind back...


The day came where Kentis had grown a little bigger, Kentis was a smaller wiser... somehow. Kentis sold all the thingies that wimpy slimes dropped, then Kentis bought some pieces of armor (only to learn afterwards, after running some errands for the village's folks that Kentis could have get them for free and shouted the ancient cry of despair of a great Man of Wisdom: DoH!)... Anywho, with such equip, Kentis sought Kentis first arch-nemesis, Mushroom #1 ... There he was, frolicking in a mushroom patch as if the smaller mushrooms was Mushroom #1's babies... So what do Kentis do? Kentis scratches head and decides Kentis sneak on Mushroom #1 to gain advantage on first blood, and Kentis also had got a fews healing magic potions... Kentis not die this time, Kentis put every luck on Kentis side... Kentis planted sword right where sun no shine on Mushroom#1... Hmmm At least, Kentis thinks that was there... Anyway Mushy died, Kentis won, great day, moving forth... (to be continued)


A many few days passed for Kentis... I, He could go far away from city, Blue shiny door of moving made Kentis travel fast to pursue his ever lasting vengeance on his old family. I has grown bigger and I has could go fight bigger meanies... Oh Kentis he's dead lots... But I has always comes back... But Kentis life was not complete... Sure I has fight many and bash as many much and also eviscerates some (wich I he's likes much, cause Kentis loves when monsters scream and squirm in agony and joins the other voices in Kentis head... who wrote that? --Me! --- Who you? -- You, silly. --- Alrighty, just checking! back to story) ... Hmmm, Now where was Kentis was? Oh yes, lonely... I is lonely, Kentis sometimes was in small groups... But, most folks would think Kentis too cuckoo (and too smelly at other times but thats not part of what Kentis wants say for now) ... So Kentis, search for others like Kentis minds... And Rilz found Kentis. (To be continued)


Yes, Rilz, guild master of the Asylum Battalion, found Kentis, when Kentis was whining about lonelyness while carefully cracking a Boar skull with his newly enchanted weapon (blade needed a test drive after all)... Other adventurers around ignored Kentis pleas or just laughed at Kentis (Kentis has long memory, Kentis also good at tying laces when people not looking)... So Rilz asked Kentis if Kentis would like to join his band. Kentis was curious, then Rilz explained Kentis that his family consisted of people who were somehow "special" and then Rilz promised Kentis his own capitonated cell in the guild house and that sweetened the deal enough to jump with both feet on the join guild button. Kentis is now much happy more, his new family don't mind Kentis's woodly smells and they laugh with Kentis when I is removing meanies's eyes from their sockets while laughing in utter glee. Yes, Kentis much happy in the asylum, it's comfy and the other voices soothes the ones in Kentis head at night... (to be continued)


Kentis now I is no more lonely, Kentis now has Spirit Link to all in the guild... So Kentis continues training to better help the members of his family of lovable loons. Came the day whence I is had to take the test to be Clever Fighter... It seemed impossible for Kentis (with brains like his it was no surprise really). But Kentis no slacker, I has died once because Kentis has been surprised by clones... I is thinking this is a mirror... then the mirror attacked... while Kentis was checking laces (someone had took revenge for a previous knotting). I is died, so I has came back to Master Sean to take test again. This time Kentis knew clone for who clone was and happily sliced & diced, splitted bones, concussionated and fatal slashed clone to death while drinking lots and lots of potions and rubbing lots and lots of stones... Now success Kentis won. So Kentis now can use bigger arsenals to inflict more pain on monsters and make guildies happy everyday ... Also teasing Kentis friend Hanzo, the guild's ladies man... Kentis likes reminding Hanzo to fight monsters and stop dallying with all the charming ladies around... (to be continued)


Hanzo likes Kentis, even tough he would sometimes like to see the color of his guts and brains, because Kentis seems to always find the perfect time to interrupt Hanzo's flirting. Kentis also is had fun adventuring at the sides of Rilz and his love MIEVEE, and with Kentis unofficial twin, Devilot... Kentis likes Devilot, Kentis know Devilot is Kentis's long lost sister, but Kentis can't prove it... yet. Kentis also met other guildies in his travels, but Kentis forgot his notes and not know names by heart yet. Now is now, Kentis resting in his Smurf's House, planted for the time in Elderine... When Kentis comes back, he will have more to tell :) (to be continued)

rofl ... btw ... I think someone made a thread for stories >.>' ... *ahem* but i forgot where it is XD ... anyway ... it's fun to read the stories that people have come up with ... very interesting :) and quite imaginative.

The departure
It was a time of turmoil amongst the guild, someone had started a war in the master's absence, a war the guild lost... Some efforts were made to find out who committed the deed, too little to Kentis's liking. Some dear members departed for unknown reason, Devilot and MIEVEE... but MIEVEE came back. After some time Kentis remarked that when the master was not around, guildmates were not very helpful toward one another, especially toward Kentis, Kentis felt ignored and grew very bored from it. One day he decided to speak up... and found out the thruth about guilds... Speaking your mind only brings trouble, Rilz, instead of helping Kentis or trying to find out why this situation arosed in guild, just stripped Kentis of his guard rank and ask a friend to invite Kentis in an other guild... changing the problem from place instead of facing it. This lack of manliness showed Kentis an hypocritic way out of the guild hall doors, so Kentis left, along with MIEVEE who had grown fed up with Rilz's antics as well... So here we are now, MIEVEE and Kentis trying to raise silver to make their own guild, a guild that will set a new example, one that keeps close to it's member, in good and bad times... Times are boring in Kentis's life... raising money to start a better guild is a tedious process, at best. But Kentis is patient and has strong resolve. Kentis works day and night, crafting stones of powers to enhance items (also found selling them to store is much more rewardng then trying to sell to cheapskates)... But now, Kentis found himself tangled in the most boring AND annoying quest of his entire life... finding Blossoms for a wedding bouquet... flowers that grow in ONE and only place... where all the world gathers and compete to grab a single petal... Kentis heard but finds that hard to believe... the quest is "allegedly" an event??? Kentis is puzzled because he tought event were supposed to action-packed and or FUN... Not only the flower is hard to find but Kentis must cope with nerve-wrecking jerks who will profit from Kentis kindness (Kentis does not farm where others are) but it'll be a cold day in hell if they would return the favors... Kentis pursue still against all odds... (To Be continued)(Kentis's player is a tester at Ubisoft Montreal and voice the opinion that this is a nice example of poorly designed/balanced quest... in other words : A show-stopper, has it stops enjoyment of the game)

Kentis, always lonely so Kentis inhaled lots of sacred herbs he had found in the Marlone's camp and settled to meditate in a wigwam... (a wigwam incidentely purveyed with an xbox360 and guitar hero III) So Kentis meditated (jammed) and meditated (jammed some more) and continued meditating unil Kentis graced with a vision (fingers were bleeding after jamming too much)... Kentis could be lonely in many other places... but he had to speparate a few of Kentis many voices from him...So Kentis inhaled more herbs (because Kentis likes the dizziness herbs gives Kentis) and Kentis went back to the Terrace of Creation on the 2 other dimensionnal doors he had not opened yet (Epith / Bijou) , Kentis had grown fed up with one of Kentis personnality and thrown it to Teva a while before (and the darn clone has been successful at it too). SO Kentis did this and started creating his 2 new clones and was surprise to find out an impostor had been using his name on both dimensions... So Kentis named his clones on Epith and Bijou worlds "The_Real_Kentis"... To be continued NOTE= and then will investigate who dared usurp his name instead of showing a spark of intelligence and creating his own... This name is copyrighted as I am the author of science fantasy novel involving a character with this name ( as well as Maus The Red)...use by other than my established licensees is illegal, thank you.

So here goes Kentis again, mostly on Apoline's dimension, questing his days away. Hacking and chopping at monsters, gathering ingredients for villagers... Kentis keeps so busy he grown more and more powerful over the days and weeks, still lonely but busy and keeping his mind on task. Being use to harsh conditions, Kentis spends hours on end in absolute silence... only the screams of dying monsters keeps him company. Kentis now answers them... on the brink of madness, keeping precarious balance over a facade of sanity, Kentis enjoys chit-chatting with his victims before the final blows erupts.
Occassionnally, a few travellers will ask Kentis to join them for their quests... Kentis always accept the momentaneous break in solitude, but Kentis knows that as soon as the helpee has his/hers quest fullfilled... the helper gonna be banned from party and left alone with last mobs... So Kentis always keep return scrolls close-by now, just in case...
On a lighter note, Kentis is always stricken with puzzled amusement when folks won't speak or party with Kentis, but will invite Kentis to their guild??? Kentis wonders what life looks like in such guilds (yup killer atmosphere). When Kentis makes his own guild, Kentis will first invite folks to party and go on hunts and quest... if the concerned folks go along good with Kentis, well then Kentis will propose to join his ranks, not before that... that would be to risky at lots of points of view.
So Kentis continues his adventures, raising silver slowly but steadily, soon, someday, Kentis will unveil his guild hall... The name of this new guild shall be know as ...
