Wierd question mark boxes....

Everytime i try to login to the Outspark Launcher somthing wierd happens....It starts to load the big white Fiesta screen,it shuts down and two wierd upside down question mark pop-ups come up..can some one please tell me how to fix this!?!? :mad:
