In Game Cash Shop Error

I don't know if this is a recurring problem, but whenver I tried to purchase something via cash shop in the game (in this case I was buying a racoon mount) it simply didn't do anything. Alright, so I went and bought it on the site, and it appeared into my inventory in game, cool. I go to use the racoon, right click and a box that says "Use racoon Seven days?" pops up. I click OK and nothing happens. I repeat this several dozen more times, nothing happens.
