cant use the t2 blue miles

Hi all, and thx for helping. When i clicked on T2 blue miles, it says "Descrease the chance...............................item has failed." cant use it >.< Pls help

You have to use them in the enhancement window. There's a guide here on the first page:

Blue Miles to not decrease the chance on an item failing to enhance. The weapon still has the chance to fail no matter if you use the Eyes/Miles.
The blue miles only prevent the item from degrading. For example, if you have a +5 weapon, the Miles prevent the weapon from going to +4 if the enhancement fails.

Red Eyes and Blue miles have nothing to do with the success rate or whether a weapon will fail or not. They just simply keep whatever you are enhancing from breaking or degrading, nothing more.
